• To use Engineering Career Central you must understand and agree with the privacy policy
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• The site can only be used for lawful purposes
• You agree to use/submit information that is relevant to the purpose of this website and the jobs posted on it
• You are solely responsible for all activity on your Engineering Career Central account
• You are solely responsible for the content and communications you submit when using this site (links, Hire Me! profiles, resumes, job applications etc.)
• Engineering Career Central reserves the right to disclose any information you provided as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request
• Engineering Career Central reserves the right to delete, modify or refuse to post any content that, by Engineering Career Central's discretion, is objectionable or violates these Terms and Agreements
• You must not modify, adapt or hack Engineering Career Central
• You must not modify or create another website and falsely imply that it is associated with Engineering Career Central
• Engineering Career Central may provide links to other websites.  Engineering Career Central is not responsible for the content and privacy policy of these websites.  It is your responsibility to protect yourself from viruses other destructive elements.
• Engineering Career Central is not directly responsible for the content of the advertisement banners on this website.  However, there are rules which advertisers must follow regarding acceptable content.  In the event that we find an advertisement in violation of the rules we will remove it from the ad rotation.  If you see an advertisement on the website that you think is in violation of the rules you can send a message to us, using the contact us/feedback form, indicating the name of the image (this can be obtained in Internet Explorer by right-clicking on the image and selecting properties).  Engineering Career Central will view the advertisement, determine if it is in violation of the advertising rules and take action if deemed, at our sole discretion, necessary.

• We reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time.  A notice will be placed on the home page of the site and/or a email notification will be sent should any changes occur
• We may, but have not obligation to, remove any content which we deem, at our sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms and Conditions
• Engineering Career Central and eCore Canada will not be held responsible for any stoppages in service that have been caused by accident or factors outside/beyond our control

Advertising Conditions

What this Applies to: The advertising agreement applies to free profile logos, home page branding logos and banner advertisements.

If you have signed up for advertising or you are receiving free advertising as part of your company profile package you must adhere to the following conditions.

• Advertisement banners must be related to your organization

• Advertisement banners must not contain any profanity, adult content or any other offensive or objectionable material

• Advertisement banners should only include acceptable content (a company name, logo, slogan or division)

• If you are not sure if your advertisement is acceptable you can email it to support@engineersonline.ca asking if it is acceptable 

• We reserve the right to remove any advertisements that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be unsuitable for the ad rotation.  This may be done with or without notice. 

• Signing up and paying for advertising requires that you have read, understand and agree with this advertising agreement, therefore no payments will be refunded if your banner(s) is/are removed as the result of not being acceptable.

• Advertisement banners must not include any illegal or libelous information

Linking Agreement

If you want to link to the Engineering Career Central website you may provided you agree to the following Linking Conditions.

• You can link to the Engineering Career Central home page www.engineersonline.ca
• You cannot link to any other section of the Engineering Career Central website without prior written consent
• If you link to this site, Engineering Career Central grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty free license to use the Engineering Career Central logo or icons in relation to the link.  Engineering Career Central reserves the right to terminate this license at any time with or without cause.  If this should occur, you must remove the link and cease using the logo and icons.

If you link to this site your website:
